If you are looking to develop your existing website or need to start from scratch, we would like you to know how things would work if you chose innovation by design© so you can be prepared too. This also helps us give you the best service we can offer.
First of all it’s to up to you to get in touch and arrange a time to suit you, we can then do almost all the rest!

What you need to know, about what happens next.
The Initial Meeting
Clients are asked to bring:
- Present Company Logo
- Present business card/s
- Flyer/s and brochure/s
- Any known text for the website etc.
- A list of sites that you have seen and liked would also help us to personalise your website more effectively.
Our services will be explained further, and a friendly consultation will take place to brainstorm ideas together.
Where applicable a website structure will be determined (what web pages you need for what e.g. introduction, product and contact page).
You then have the opportunity to have a think about it and get back to us if you would like to take up our services.
A second meeting can then be arranged.
The Development Stage
The contract is formally written and presented or emailed for you to sign and return. innovation by design© will present a couple of different designs developed on the information we received at our initial meeting, we then ask you to tell us what you like and don’t like about the designs. The down payment agreed is received. The domain name and hosting is purchased* (website address and web space)
At this point we must be provided with the finalised text for the website and any images you would definitely like to use. We will then continue to develop the designs and send you web links of the developed site for you to comment on until it meets your requirements, either by meeting, phone or email.
Launching Your Website
Once you are satisfied, the site will be uploaded – available to the public online.
Once your site is online and satisfactory, we will invoice you for the remainder of the payment. Any website maintenance contract will continue as agreed and you will receive a hard copy (back up CD) of the designs and user rights for the web space with contact details for extra support.
You can even update your own website?
We also offer CMS Packages (Control Management Systems) and RSS (Rich Site Summary) feeds so you can update your own website easily, we even provide training with fully customised self help guides for added support.
